dying to know

Another installment of strange cemetery sights:  Wonder who needs information in a cemetery -- the visitors or the occupants?  Being curious, I opened the mailbox and found a list of cemetery rules.  I don't think that those who have been interred since the 1880s really care about bearing firearms, dogs running free and seasonal removal of wreaths.
